This is a very true, yet very pathetic statement at how VC works. Sure all bob corps are independent of eachother, but i would give my left nut if someone from BNC, EVOL, or DICE wanted it.
I know exactly how VC works, i was in it from the begining. And tbh you lost alot of your best corps/players with your way of thinking. CELES had the right idea, face BoB head on, full battleships fleets. And when you told CELES no, thats not how we work, they left. Pugwash you have no business running an alliance/coalition or w/e you wna call it. When TAOSP invaded hophip/karan/d4k, where you? Safespotted/cloaked/with stabs in fountain core. When we rolled through and destroyed all the POSes in fountain space, where were you? Stain. Let me tell you this independ corp thing will not work. For an alliance or coalition to be succesful, in whatever their goal, whether it be ganks or full fledge fleet battle they need to support eachother. I'm not saying gank squads cant be effective and cause a hurt to allainces, even one as strong as bob. But the kind of things I've seen VC do in their "gank" squads, is appalling and hugely ineffective.
So howsabout leave TWD and HAST alone who have more pvp ability in their fingernails then your whole corp does. See in you space stabwash.
Sorry Necro, but you have no clue how VC works. Reformation and Shiva along with the other VC corps support each other just fine. We have worked together for years and have common goals. Maybe if you had stayed around to see things grow as they are now instead of being one of the fanbois, you would know how things really work.
As Pugwash said, VC is modular, and the coalition was formed that way in the beginning for just that reason, so that players could pursue the gameplay the way in which they wanted to have the most fun at. It in no way means we dont help each other or work with each other on a daily basis.
We must be doing something right. We are still in Fountain for now going on a year since the first ATUK/Shinra invasion and BOB and never removed us. We have added 300 players in the last month with more coming everyday to join the good fight.
Bottom line is we are all still having fun and that is what this game is about. And I always prefer a challenge. What better challenge then fighting the "so called" biggest and baddest in the game. Our day will come. It just take determination, willpower, and a reasonable set of attainable goals. And sorry we wont play your game.... yet!
